📅 Summer Semester Examination Schedule 2025
Date: January 12, 2025
The examination schedule for Summer Semester 2025 has been released. Examinations will commence from March 15, 2025. Students can download their admit cards from the student portal starting March 1, 2025.

💰 Fee Payment Deadline Extension
Date: January 10, 2025
Due to technical issues with the payment gateway, the deadline for semester fee payment has been extended to February 28, 2025. Students can pay fees online through the student portal or visit the accounts office.
🎓 Convocation 2025 Announcement
Date: January 8, 2025
The 15th Annual Convocation of Bihar Engineering University will be held on April 20, 2025. Eligible students from batches 2022-23 and 2023-24 can apply for degree certificates. Registration opens on February 1, 2025.
📚 Library Renovation Notice
Date: January 5, 2025
The central library will be closed for renovation from January 20 to February 15, 2025. Students can access digital resources through the online portal. Alternative study spaces will be available in department libraries.

Examination Guidelines
For Students
- Carry valid ID proof and admit card to the examination hall
- Report to the examination center 30 minutes before the exam
- Mobile phones and electronic devices are strictly prohibited
- Follow the dress code as specified in the student handbook
- Any form of malpractice will result in cancellation of examination
COVID-19 Safety Measures
- Wear face masks throughout the examination
- Maintain social distancing in examination halls
- Carry hand sanitizer for personal use
- Students with symptoms should inform the authorities
Fee Structure 2025
Semester Fees
- B.Tech: ₹35,000 per semester
- B.Pharma: ₹25,000 per semester
- BBA/BCA: ₹20,000 per semester
- M.Tech: ₹40,000 per semester
- MBA/MCA: ₹45,000 per semester
Additional Fees
- Examination Fee: ₹1,500 per semester
- Library Fee: ₹500 per semester
- Sports Fee: ₹300 per semester
- Development Fee: ₹2,000 per year
Scholarship Opportunities
- Merit Scholarship: For students with 85% and above marks
- Need-based Scholarship: For economically disadvantaged students
- Sports Scholarship: For outstanding sports performers
- Research Scholarship: For M.Tech and PhD students
